We are a small facility of 58 Skilled Nursing Beds and 2 Assisted Living Beds. We provide quality skilled nursing care, all 3 therapies, we are contracted with 2 of the local Hospice and Palliative Care providers, we offer in-house Psychiatric Services, Podiatry Services, Dental Services, Optometry Services and Audiology Services by contracted providers.
